SUNDESTIN #1216 Ocean Front Condo 


The Sundestin is an extremely inviting and relaxing place to bring your family on that much needed vacation.  The Sundestin is also a favorite among "Spring Breaker's" and "SnowBirds".  It is centrally located within the heart of Destin, FL and is within walking distance of everything you might need during your vacation, to include; department and grocery stores, local souvenir shops and countless restaurants and cafe's.  Big Kahuna's Waterpark and The Track are both less than 1/2 mile away, and are a big hit with the younger crowd.

Our unit at the Sundestin is located on the 12th floor and will sleep 4 persons very comfortably.  There is one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms.  The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances.  An iron and ironing board are also provided.  

The Sundestin provides an indoor pool and an outdoor pool and includes a hot-tub.  There is a full service restaurant and bar located in the lobby, delivery can be arranged.  Guests can enjoy beach access via a boardwalk located behind the Sundestin.  Guests can also rent beach chairs and umbrella's and also have access to various other watersports at the Tiki Hut behind the Sundestin.

**Please Note:  We require a $300 deposit to reserve a property for any given dates.  This deposit turns into a security deposit upon check-in, and covers any incidentals that may arise.  We do not hold or tie up any funds with this deposit.
