Ariel Dunes II is located on the beach side of Hwy. 98 with spectacular balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our units at Ariel Dunes II are located just outside the City limits of Destin, FL in sunny Miramar Beach, FL.  Beach goers can enjoy a five-minute stroll, via boardwalk, across a lagoon and Scenic Gulf Drive to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  For those less inclined to the beach, Ariel Dunes II offers four large swimming pools totaling 11,000 square feet.

This 24-story highrise was completed in 2007 and features new furnishings and decor.  Each unit has a 32-inch flat-panel TV in every bedroom and living area.  There is digital cable service, local telephone service, and high speed internet with WiFi.  The unit has a total of two full bathrooms, with the master bedroom having its own private bath.  The master bath has dual-vanity sinks, a stand-up shower and seperate garden tub.  This unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 
an adjacent dining area. 

Each of our units at Ariel Dunes II come equipped with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.  We will provide daily cleaning services on request for an additional fee.  We appreciate your interest and look forward to having the opportunity of you being our guest!

**Please Note:  We require a $300 deposit to reserve a property for any given dates.  This deposit turns into a security deposit upon check-in, and covers any incidentals that may arise.  We do not hold or tie up any funds with this deposit.
